You provide your current completed feasibility and project plans, and we provide our own assessment, along with feedback on the differences and a basic sensitivity analysis.

4. Cashflow, feasibility and sensitivity analysis

The full suite of analysis, perfect for funding submissions.

 


2. Finalising incomplete feasibility

You provide minimal inputs including address, site purchase price (if known), details of product to be developed (number and areas), and estimate of gross revenue (sale prices); and we complete the rest.  

5. Revenue analysis, market research, supply & demand analysis

This can be alongside or separate to the feasibility services above.

When you need help with the whole lot.

Cost and timing:

Basic feasibility checking starts from $400 (+GST) and is turned around within three business days from receipt of all required project information.

 

Costs are higher for more complex projects and analysis, and can be done on a fixed fee basis or an agreed hourly rate. We will provide a quote once we receive the project details and the scope of information required from you (see Contact Us page).
